Lokalizacja odległa od morza za to ze wspaniałym widokiem na zachód słońca nad morzem. Bruno przesympatyczny i pomocny.

Obiekt jest bardzo słabo wyposażony a całe wyposażenie bardzo wyeksploatowane. Prysznic jest mikroskopijny. Kanapa/wersalka rozkładana nie nadaje się do spania dłużej niż 1 noc. Materace i poduszki okropne (zniszczone). Basen również mocno zniszczony. Na 10 apartamentów 3 leżaki przy basenie... Wspomniany w opisie kort tenisowy od dawna nim nie jest - to przestrzeń z wyrastającymi trawami czy krzakami. Bałagan wokół basenu. Apartament nie nadaje się do użytkowania podczas wyższych temperatur (brak klimatyzacji (zawarte w opisie), a udostępniony 1 wentylatorek nie miał szans dać wytchnienie nawet w nocy).
