There’s a very nice view.

There was human poop all over the bathroom floors!! It was a massive health risk. They did not clean a single inch of the apartment. There was dirt all over the floors and ALL OVER THE SHEETS OF THE BEDS, the bathrooms had stains and dried blood all over the mirrors. Also they only let you pay in cash, which would be okay if the property manager didn’t “miscount” the amount by $300. I argued with him for 10 minutes until he revealed the “missing” amount he had hidden in his lap. They also only give you a tiny amount of electricity for the week, if you run out you have to pay more, this was not noted anywhere on the rental page, only that “electricity and AC was included in the fee.” And absolute horrible experience and very very rude and untrustworthy hosts

Living rooms was big and spacious

Love this place! I’ve stayed in several apartments in Dar, and by far this is my favorite place. The space is very spacious with good air conditioning and thoughtful touches. The beds were actually comfortable and came with plenty of linen. I’ve stayed in other places here in Dar and you only get one pillow and thin top sheet on a hard bed. I was pleasantly impressed this time. It’s in walking distance to the Zanzibar Ferry and Johari Rotana hotel which has an amazing pool and bar. I really liked all the diverse food options open late. The Princess casino has really good food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Awesome bar and an upscale Casino. Easily able to get taxis from this location. The host was extremely helpful when it came to setting up tours and making recommendations, even translating when we needed it. He speaks English very well so there was no language barrier. Definitely coming back with my family!

The view of the city from the apartment was amazing. Very clean , spacious and close to all the bars and restaurants .Easy to get around . The host was very welcoming
