Wonderful Two Bedroom Apartment at Limpertsberg with Parking, near Tram

Great location to the city center and convenient to walking and public transportation. Lots of amenities like groceries and restaurants very close by. All the beds were very comfortable.

The location of the apartment was good and central

The communication from the hosts was very poor, we are disappointed. We firstly requested information about car parking prior to our stay via message, call and requested booking.com support, we did not receive a satisfactory response- USE the glacis car park across the road, it has free parking on the weekend, 1 euro per hour Monday to Friday during working hours MUCH BETTER OPTION We also had an issue with the lights in the apartment not working one morning, we messaged and called though never received a response from the host The oven range hood was dripping lots of oil, it was not clean.

Hi. I would like toexpress my dissatisfaction with the rental experience to formally request a refund. We booked this property specifically to prepare for an important exam, as it was originally located near the exam center. However, the location was changed at the last minute due to a “technical reason,” which was only communicated to us an hour before our arrival. The new property, while clean, was disappointing in several key respects. It was far from the center, lacked character, and felt uninviting. More importantly, the environment was not conducive to study or rest. Throughout our stay, there was constant construction noise outside during the day, and one morning I was abruptly woken at 7 a.m. by loud drilling from upstairs that lasted for an hour. The water does not drain in the shower properly, and the electrical system in the house is a nightmare. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disruptive. The noise and stress significantly affected both my sleep and my exam preparation—outcomes that cannot be undone. This has been one of the worst experiences I have had with a rental property in some time, and I am deeply disappointed. Given these circumstances, I believe a refund is justified and would appreciate your prompt response. Thank you for your understanding. I look forward to resolving this matter amicably.

Nothing at all, really poor communication, AND NOT THE PROPERTY WE PAID FOR

AVOID THIS PROPERTY/OWNER LIKE PLAGUE!! We were set to check in at 3pm on the day, and it wasn't until 4pm (and after numerous panic calls) that we were told the property advertised was unavailable due to "technical" issues. We were then offered two replacement properties to choose from... With the whole family plus luggage, we felt being forced to make a decision without due diligence. We arrived to the property on the other side of the city, but again had to wait for another hour before being able to get the key. Within the first 30min in the replacement property, we realised that both property offered were RIGHT UNDER the flight path after plane take-off from Luxembourgh international airport, with horrible noises all the way from 6am to 11pm. When back home I then had to again make numerous calls to Booking.com to ask for a partial refund, which was ultimately sorted but took a lot of time and efforts. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING THIS PROPERTY UNLESS RISK AND UNPREDICTABILITY IF YOUR THING!

Well located, including a bakery, bar and grocery very close to the building. It has a good view the avenue when talking during the evening. Well recommended if you are visiting the city.

The host changed the location of the apartment at the last minute. The new location was much worse than the one we had chosen. However, despite having requested it, we were not offered any compensation, and even the host never responded to our requests.

I had booked two apartments for my work colleagues and boss. I booked the two apartments a month and a half in advance and kept messaging and calling the host for checkin details but didn’t hear from them until the night before check-in and they said they would contact me in the morning. Our booking was canceled on the day of arrival. The only option given was to take just one apartment.
