Entire apartment or single rooms in Homegarden Park near Camp Humprehys

Warm, quiet, and cozy. We rented the whole apartment 1st floor, since we have kids 10 and 11 years old. It's definitely a quiet place, there are restaurants and bars nearby but they aren't intrusive into the neighborhood. It's a great place to sleep after doing your visiting, business, shopping or touring, outside the home.

Street parking was pretty difficult since the front was coned off with bricks. (Maybe temporarily) and the road is extremely narrow and dead ends. Bring your own wash rags. For home stays we are used to differences in towel size so we brought our own but there are towels provided, just not wash rags. There are big plants in front of the couch. Maybe watch a jungle type movie? We decided not to use the TV projector. We didn't cook, it was clean, but its just better to go to the Chinese restaurant down the street than make a mess. Bring an extra pillow or two. Or three.

We stayed here for 5 nights. It’s near Camp Humphreys and Mr. Park (owner) is very accomodating. The place is clean and it feels like home.

Shared bathroom

The location from where camp Humphreys is located and all the communication between Myself and the owner was excellent! The shower was amazing, hot water and a big shower. The Beds were completely comfortable and clean

I didn’t like the camera that was on top of the ceiling. Yes the owner reassured me the camera is only facing towards the front door area it still did not make my family or myself completely comfortable. There’s no elevator only steps. If you are handicap or in a wheelchair this is not the best option to stay.

Mr. Park was a great host! The property was really clean. And there are even snacks in the fridge. Good choice for TDY or PCS if you work at Camp Humphreys.

The check in time was 4p although it stated 9am. I realize there's a need to clean the room, etc, and was prepared for some delays, but 4pm was too late. I also wasn't able to change clothes or shower on premises. The vendor offered to send me to another location temporarily, but it was not convenient. I had appointments which I would not be able to make had if availed of the vendors alternatives. I chose not stay there and booked other lodging.

Owner did an amazing job with remodeling and making the place look nice. It is a good location to the base.

It was advertised as whole apartment, but in reality you have a single room with shared bathroom and kitchen/living area. May be good for some, but not my cup of tea.
