The internet was the problem (there was really no internet the moment we checked in) - , no free water to drink. assuming there was because of previous experience with another unit.

The location is just few steps away from the big malls which is very convenient. The staff at Centrio Tower were very accommodating. I like it!

There was no internet connection the whole time during my 4-day stay. Also, drainage in the CR is bad. I had to mop all the time just to keep it dry. And oh, so many mosquitoes in the room.

The location was excellent...comfortable bed.

The toilet drain on the is blocked the toilet floor is always flooded. The whole bathroom needs proper cleaning the walls are smudgy.

Easily accessible from our trips and errands. No hassle because its first floor and the pool is visible from the terrace. Wifi is accessible, with shower and there are available appliances like rice cooker, just a shame we hadn't had the time to use them

The blankets provided were too small, there are electric sockets but none are available at the top bunk. There's an odd extension cord that was deemed useless. And the drainage near the toilet side wont drain at all.
