Отличные апартаменты в удобном месте: близко к набережной. Полное оснащение, большая площадь комнат, уютно и безопасно. Хозяин максимально лоялен и шел на встречу в большинстве вопросов, уборка качественная (за доп плату)

Немного слышен шум с улицы, но не критично

"Great apartment with safe parking"

Great location with views of Table Mountain. Secure parking space. Very good supermarket around the corner. Walking distance to waterfront and Bree Street. Area felt safe to walk around in the day. Some nice close restaurants to walk to in the evening. Pub next door. Would highly recommend if visiting Cape Town though take earplugs if you're a light sleeper as you can hear the traffic.

No air conditioning in 2nd bedroom.
