The third floor stairwell is rough for someone with bad knees. Very steep

"Nightmare and canโ€™t cancel the booking and get any refund."

Not able to check in, the property owner put wrong price and asked for additional $65 separately at 8pm that night.

Made mistake but didnโ€™t own up and need to find different place to stay.
