El departamento está hermoso, es cómodo y acogedor, se encuentra en buena zona y cerca de varios lugares turísticos. Curiosamente los sillones son más cómodos que la cama.

En el departamento solo hay un diminuto bote de basura en el baño, si eres de sueño ligero el ruido de los bares y antros no te dejarán dormir. Lo peor es la dueña del lugar, prácticamente imposible contactarla, la app la ignora por completo, solo contesta la primera llamada y el resto las ignora. Renta el mismo apartamento en varias apps por lo que se puede rentar el lugar a dos personas al mismo tiempo y por lo mismo a pesar de tener reservación puede hacerte pasar un mal rato e incluso hasta pedirte que desalojes

The location was great and the apartment is furnished with a lot of decorations. The bed was very comfortable.

While the apartment looks nice, there are quite some things that are not working well. The table is very rickety and it's not safe to put any fragile objects on (almost broke some bottles of mezcal I bought when the table shook) and the kitchen taps are loose and shaking in it's socket. There is also no shampoo, only a bar of soap in the shower. For an apartment like this that is quite above the average price, I did expect more. I also didn't really feel the host was very prompt with addressing issues I had. I had some problems with the checkout too as I checked out at 4am. There is are some steps from the apartment to the roadside and I needed help with my luggage due to my back problem. I know it is an early time and it's a favour to ask to help me with my luggage at that time, but there was a slight disagreement with the host about that. The person assisting the owner with the checkout asked for 50 peso to help with the checkout upfront, which is a very small amount but I found it weird that I had to pay to checkout. The host claimed it is only fair to give a tip for having someone help me at 4am. A tip is a voluntary gift from the client and I usually would give much more than 50 pesos. But if it's asked by the person upfront, it becomes a fee, which doesn't feel right. Anyway I managed to check out myself with the help of my DiDi driver, but the communication with the host and her helper were a bit strained I must admit.
