Superb Sandbanks Apartment near Beach and Bars with Free Parking

Great location Awful inside

1 - some dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty appliances 2 - blinds broken 3 - dirty carpets 4 - mouldy showers 5 - double bed extremely uncomfortable and springs have gone 6 - leaking gutter which kept us up all night 7- broken blinds which resulted in the metal bracket falling on my sons nose just missing his eyes 8- balcony area had rotting wood 9 -the whole place has a musty smell! 10 - no hot water one morning g which meant cold showers!

Comfy beds, lots of space. Plenty of towels.

Balcony, even if it had been warm enough I don’t think we would have used it as it was dirty and it felt neglected. See photo. No instructions for the dishwasher, we could only manage to get a 3 hour programme with more hours for drying, as we were told not to leave it on when we were out we only used it once as who stays in their apartment for that long when your on holiday! Couldn’t put it on overnight as it made a noise. There were a lot of dirty cups in the cupboard when we arrived which we washed ourselves, obviously the cleaners don’t check that. Wasn’t happy that there was no parking permit, we were informed that the last people had lost it and we would get a replacement in a couple of days, it never turned up so was extremely worried that we would get towed away or fined £100 as per the threat on the sign.

Excellent location and parking provided which was a bonus.

Unfortunately the oven was not working which was an issue and the main bedroom mattress was quite uncomfortable. The owners were informed and they are rectifying the situation so it will be fine for future guests.

Great location, excellent pre visit communication, and fab layout with car space.

Photos show a pristine apartment. It is not. The en suite is showing signs of mould and decay. The main bedroom feels and smells damp, and needs attention. Some of the mattresses are not fit for humans. The owners declined to respond to my email concerns at the end of my stay, sadly.
