ESWonderful place in the nature. Quiet and close to town.
Shared kitchen facilities depend a lot on education of other guests and few times we could not use them because previous users didn't care to do the washing up.
USBreakfast was first class. Patritzia was very helpful. The grounds of the property were beautiful
I got the impression that the location was closer to the lake than it was and the beach nearby was not very nice. The room was smallish and our bathroom, while private was across the hall.

The king bed is a bit soft. Better or have 2 twin beds put together n separate with 2 blankets.
DEThe room was large enough for three adults and a child. Everything was clean and cosy. Common kitchen was sufficiently equipped for our needs. Property literaly in the nature. They even had a big donkey family which our son enjoyed a lot! The owner is very proactive and answer to all our needs and even recommandations.
Driving the narrow road to the property. On our last day of stay due to some extension/renovation works, the workers started boring holes in the wall at our heads at 7am. However, house rules state that between 22-08 the quiet should be kept. It would be nice if workers would be informed so that the guests are having enough time to rest.

DEVery nice place to stay if you arrive by car. Beautiful views, the room was clean, comfortable. I will sure stay again if i happen to go back to Belluno.
We couldn’t find the coffee machine for the pods they left in our room, it there was a Kitchen there wasn’t sign.
