"The house is comfortable, clean and tidy,"

I like the balcony, it clean and tidy. A comfortable table and sofa set are in the balcony. I can chat with my family and friends, and I can also drink beer with them. A spot light was installed in the balcony for use at night time. The dining is gorgeous. Although it is not so big, the facilities are good enough for 5 people. The landlord is very kind and patient. He gave lot of recommendations for sightseeing and dining at Cardiff.

A boiler is installed at one bedroom, it is a bit noisy when the boiler is in operation.

Great property spread across 2 floors. Clean & comfortable. Teenage daughters had room in loft which they loved. Lovely balcony if staying in summer. Plenty of restaurants/bars nearby within walking distance. Great host 👍

Very spacious for a flat and feels more like a 3 bed house! Living room space is a great size and location is great - shops literally a few steps away including bakeries for morning coffees/breakfast rolls 😆 Kamal is very accommodating and also has all cooking essentials (salt, pepper, oil) aswell as coffee, tea, biscuits which is a great added touch. Great value for money and would definitely recommend!

The location was epic! So much to do and so easy to travel around! Kam was a epic host who was so helpful and friendly when meeting us on arrival! The apartment was comfortable, clean and well thought out

Lovely flat, great location on high street. Comfy lounge. Good sized kitchen. Had everything we needed

Only complaint is the boiler in the room was noisy in the night but everything else was spot on
