Second stay here, room fantastic, cosy, clean and well equipped.

Very cozy and very neat. They also have compete utensils and kitchen appliances you need. Very accommodating hosts and reply very fast. I like how they manage to convert the small apartment into a living space. All space utilized for a reason. It's also very safe for my 2year old boy. And the view of the window is very intertaining for him specially at night. Though its just next to the street, we didn't hear a single noise during our sleep. So happy I found this place.

Just a little suggestion, maybe change the sofa into a convertible one. The one in there is very small that even my 11year old niece is having hard time sitting on it. Apart from that, we love the place. Recommended 100%

the host is very responsive the security team at the property are amazing, always polite and super proactive the units tastefully decorated and clean it’s close to the mall

it’s incredibly tiny, it’s not humanly possible for 3-4 people to coexist in the space. it’s a studio/1 bedroom unit that’s been converted into a 2 bedroom unit to capitalise on the market, this also means you losing a lot of space it’s actually pretty misleading but I suppose that’s the grey area in this whole situation it’s fine if you need a place to rest your head but don’t consider hosting as there’s no place to eat or sit if you have more than 2 adults in the unit the complex is still undergoing construction and can be difficult to spot if you not familiar with the area there’s no parking included as is with other self catering places but you can try and book a parking spot at a surcharge of P350 per day which even by Manila standards is a bit much overall it was pretty disappointing since the plan was just to relax and have a bit of quiet time with family but unfortunately that was impossible since there’s insufficient space
