The place was clean its very beautifull quiet and got everything you need if you have any issues or problems one quick phone call will sort it out.

The only things that made my review a 8 instead of a 10 apart from a little altercation I had with a hostess due to a misunderstanding on her part, to which I got an apology from the owner and his reassurance to rectify it for future guests. It was just the fact that the house only had 2 towels when there was 3 of us we were forced to buy a extra towel and one of us had to wait until morning to take a shower so extra towels in the apartment would be a good way to improve costumer satisfaction cause no one wants to go shopping for essentialls like towels because there's a expectation of at least a towel for everyone unless the groups bigger than 4

Our host Maria provided excellent service and made sure everything was running smoothly . It was easy to contact her and ask questions if needed. Everything was kept clean and most basic items such as cutlery, detergent, blankets etc. were provided. WiFi was provided. Security guard was there 24/7 so it felt safe to stay and leave our rented car in front. Washing machine was easy to use. It felt like an actual home.

Sometimes it would take a bit of time to flush the toilet properly but it wasn’t a major issue. The clothes drying rack was left quite dusty because it is outside, so we had to wipe it first to use it.
