Idyllic Entire Chalet in Bideford Bay holiday Park near Clovelly

The chalet was lovely and clean, and the owners had provided everything.

The location was ok, but at night outside was badly lit, I accept that this is more down to the parkdean Park itself. We have a dog, so walking him wasn't easy in the dark, Make sure you carry a torch.

Just left from a lovely break away. The chalet is very clean, comfortable and has everything you need including a hair dryer and straighteners! We are a family of 4 (Boy 11, girl 8) and my children absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave! Lovely touches of badminton rackets that the kids enjoyed. We didn’t really use the holiday park facilities in the end apart from the playground and arcade. They are small but fine. You could get and entertainment pass for your stay which included unlimited pool access, bingo and shows for about £36 for family of 4. Otherwise there is a pay as you go option if you just want the pool. The location is a great base to see different places in the area. Went to The Big Sheep which was an enjoyable outing but after about 3hours my kids were ready to leave, you’d get more out of it for younger kids. Obviously lots of nearby beaches but do remember to check tide times. Overall had a lovely time and will definitely come again, lots to do and see! Thank you ☺️

Nothing bad to say really…a very very small critique would be a slight musty smell but I see they have tried to target that with air fresheners dotted around.

The chalet was extremely comfortable and impeccably clean. The beds were ideal for a great night's sleep and the chalet was equipped with everything you needed.

There was nothing we didn't like, the only issue we did have, was the toaster could do with replacing. But the pailed into insignificance with the quality of the chalet.

Facilities were good, very clean and tidy. Comfortable and spacious. A small shop within the vicinity was useful. Swimming pool both indoor and outdoor was nice. Kids playing ground. Everything was good.

Wifi could have been better. Internet connection was very poor.
