Brand new beautiful townhouse with two bedrooms and free parking

I loved that it was pet friendly and easily accessible. The shower was lovely and the linen was nice and fresh. It also had a laundry that was perfect

No oven trays or tea towels which made cooking difficult and lacked utensils, also had limited plates cups knifes and forks etc

Our stay at this place was wonderful. The host was very responsive, which made communication easy. The property was easy to find, and access was straightforward to find, and accessing it was smooth and hassle-free. With three restrooms, it perfectly catered to our group of four, providing great convenience. My kids really enjoyed their time there.

While our stay was enjoyable overall, we did notice some scratches on the wall likely made by previous guests. It's hard to believe how some people can be so disrespectful to the property. However, it did not affect our stay, and we still found this place comfortable.

Clean brand-new look

I would be cautious about booking this place, I had a booking for it in August, the night before I had a message from them saying that I couldn't check in because of problems in the house so I had to book another place when we tried to get a refund from them it was very hard going we did eventually get the money but it took at least a month probably a bit more get our money back

Nothing, the property owner asked us to cancel the reservation so we didn't get to stay there.

I do not recommend this place. The property owner can't be trusted. He messaged me at 5.00 am the day before we were going to stay at this property saying "I'm sorry that this house is currently unavailable for some problems, please agree to cancel the reservation". He didn't want to answer the phone when I tried to call him to ask what the issue was as he claimed he cannot speak English. Also, he didn't mention anything a couple of days earlier when I was querying some details. Turned out that he rented the place to someone else instead. I know that because he accidentally sent me the opening code the next day. It was a very stressful situation and we felt deceived. I lodged a complaint with Booking.com and I was advised that in a situation when the owner cannot offer the place, he should have organised it with Booking.com so we could get an alternative place to stay.
