unsafe when locked inside. No latch to exit property. No toilet seat on one of the bathroom toilets. live lizard in one of the beds. lamp hanging from the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. Needs more frequent maintenance

El servicio te proporcionan un numero para contactar y no es la persona encargada y que el acceso es muy dificil

It was in a good location to the beach. Staff that worked at the complex were very nice and helped us in and out because of no access card.

We arrived to the facility and the downstairs was flooded. It was resolved that evening. But we had no hot water for a much needed shower that night. Our host didn’t communicate with us that someone was coming till the next morning. We also had issues with the internet. We couldn’t pick up the network and I messaged our host and no response for the four days of our stay. They also didn’t provide an access card as promised in the instructions. The apartment was nice but needs a good deep cleaning. In the past when experiencing these sort of problems our host has offered some form of a refund. No go.

Me encantó toda la casa, con gusto volvería.

Todo muy bien, no tengo quejas.

La ubicación, ya que como es la primera casa, era muy fácil entrar y salir del complejo habitacional. Además, de la rica alberca que disfrutamos en un horario de 8 a.m a 11 p.m
