Unfortunately, few issues to be rectified. Toilet door at master bedroom can't be locked due to jammed doorknob, lights blinking at outdoor laundry balcony, no mirrors in any of the rooms except in the toilets.

The property is spacious and clean as per in the pictures. Provided with basic toiletries and kitchenware+utensils. Also provided with 2 car park access. Close to Legoland but the area quite isolated.

Slow response from the host and didnt provide clear instruction on certain things. as per guideline, provided with 2 access card, but upon our arrival we only get 1 key+access card, and need to wait for another 2 to 3 hours for the 2nd access card. some more the digital lock door was faulty. need to figure out how to open the door on our own. Also did request for early check in but no response from the host. called few times but no answer. its so inconvenient for us as there is also senior citizen+kids in our group. please be lenient on the check in check out rules in future. Also, the faucet in the bathroom next to the dining hall seems faulty too as no water coming out. Same for shower faucet, seems broken.

The property is spacious and clean but there’s a few mosquitoes. It’s better to bring insect repellent if you have kids

The owner responses are very slow. He was supposed to share with me the information of the check in the day before as mentioned but I had to text him on the day itself at 11am and my family had to wait at the mailbox for few minutes. It’s very inconvenient if you have kids. Also, all my families didn’t have a good rest for the 2 nights due to the loud noises like stomping and throwing of things on the floor from the level above us. it’s a clean apartment, 5 mins drive to Legoland but it’s isolated from shops as it’s near to forest

Collection of key is easy.

Both bath rooms have problem with water flow. While taking a bath, water flow so slow that the place get flooded. Both bath rooms were not cleaned, floor was full of hair when we checked in.
