Great that the owner very thoughtful providing things like face mask, omega vitamin, shoes grip, reflective items, candies… so awesome that makes our stay is so wonderful and location is nice a bit on a hill but good spot to see northern lights

Nice and cozy. The overall arrangement was excellent. Very little bit has been taken care of , e.g. small artificial candles , welcome note, sweet for kids etc. Kithen amenities also excellent. Owner may provide pickup and drop off facility from/to Tromso Airport upon prior request ( with an additional nominal fee) which was an added advantage. Owner was kind enough to let me leave my luggage after checkout ( my flight was in the evening) . The property was easily reachable by public bus (#26) from airport. Location of the property is amazing, very close to cable car and Sheratrappa. A very nice view of Tromso town from the property itself.

75% of the big drawing room window was covered with snow ( outside). Had the snow been cleared off , a very nice view of Tromso town could have been enjoyed from the drawing room itself.

The location guarantees stunning views, it's a few steps from sherpatrappa & still a few mins. walk from grocery & pizza restaurant. The apartment is very cozy, perfectly clean & very well equipped - in the bathroom there were even facial masks & various cosmetics. Very comfortable bed & nice fresh linen. It feels that Nikki manages the place with love & she likes doing it, it really feels like home there. If you're looking for a place where you can feel being taken care of, that's a perfect choice!

We had a wonderful stay in these cozy apartments. Everything was very comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was soft and perfect for a good night’s sleep, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The view from the window was beautiful, with a charming snowdrift halfway up the glass, adding to the winter magic. The atmosphere was incredibly warm and inviting, with lots of small, thoughtful details that made us feel cared for. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, without any problems. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and would happily stay here again!
