The rooms, facilities and staff were so nice! We moved from Swahili beach and had a better experience in this Boutique villa than in the big hotel.

From the moment you enter the villa it is like a dream. From the warm welcome with a lovely cold beverage and cool cloth to the warmth radiating from the staff. It is more beautiful than the photos and spotless. The staff are all top notch that go out of their way to make sure everything is on point. Thank you to Manuel Joe and Samuel and Susan and im sorry I don’t remember the lovely cleaning ladies name. An extra warm thank you to William, he took amazing care of us and is the sweetest man, he is-such a pleasure to spend time with and we all miss him. The walk to the beach is a lovely 10 minute quiet stroll.

Everything about Villa Branca was outstandingly exceptional. The services, food, reception, ambience, all 💯 value for money. Special shout out to my host Susan with a lovely smile and ready to recommend fulfilled activities, and to Williams the housekeeper who checked up every now and then to ensure I was having the best of time and ever will to assist, and to Robert the chef with the magic fingers who prepared 5-star quality meals, ensuring the menu was built around my preference. The facility neatness was top notch, thanks to the ladies on duty. The apartment exceeded the photos on booking.com. I look to visit Diani again with my family and it's going to be an absolute yes to Villa Branca.

Definitely nothing to dislike about this place.

Charming and spacious. Delicious meals included in the half board.

Wasn’t made clear who was staff / property manager/owner and who worked there. It’s nice to have a clue of the dynamics at play. Our waiter who was lovely was difficult to interact with due to sweat smell throughout our stay. This should be addressed internally by manager.

All the staff were absolutely brilliant! Room was very comfortable and spacious! Breakfast was lovely and healthy!

Cant fault it apart from the power loss, which was really out of the premises control.
