Was not the same as described. There was a continuous smell when you enter the main door. Beds and mattresses were not comfortable. Someone knocked at the door while my family was inside and asked to open the door as they want to fix the toilet. This wasn't communicated to us in advance so my family didn't allow this in my absence. I tried to call them and left a message as well but no response at all. Overall it wasn't a good experience and this place needs a lot of improvement.

Cleanliness poor, facilities poor,outside area unusable, condition of property did not match description and photos, areas missed out on photos, ants, and evidence someone was aware of them as squashed ones around property. We did not want to report issues whilst there as we did not want people coming in and also majority of issues couldn't be rectified while people in within 7 days. Reported issues and no helpful replies, asked for compensation, apparently they couldn't as we didnt report when there.......they then offered a £30 amazin gift card which we never received!! Messages ignored,both from property a d booking.com when trying to complain. We ate out most nights due to Cleanliness nd facilities it just wasnt comfortable, not even adequate comfortable seating, which really impacted the holiday not feeling comfortable in the house. Very unfinished house,not upkept, described as having a garden....and unkempt yard that was unusable! Not happy at all,stay ruined and hosts not bothered afterwards, the little compensation offered not sent and no replies after several attempts to contact booking.com customer services!!
GBThe house was spacious and very comfortable. It was perfect for two adults and three kids (5, 12 and 15). Small garden at the back was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend. We had everything we needed. We only stayed for two nights as we were attending comic con.
