Very happy with the room and overall the facilities are great, very modern and clean. There is also some extra space out of the share co-living apartment, a large living room and a free gym access.

Message exchanges with hosts are reponsive but not very good quality, feels like you talk to 3 different people that have no idea who you are. Would be great to be a little more personalized. Had to wait more than 3 weeks after travelling to get a refund for an extra night I had originally booked for and cancelled before my stay.

Hello. I cancelled my booking at this hotel. It all started with my partner and I trying to get in for two hours, looking for the key in the parking lot, on a fence in some lock. Then it turned out that our key was missing. After another hour on the waiting line and checking other locks, we found a key to another room number 105, but it was metal, and the locks were electronic. The lady operator talked to us like we were idiots the whole time, repeating the same actions. Finally, when we got into the hotel, just following people, because a metal key does not open the entrance to the hotel, and the operator did not understand this, we were looking for a door, and the room number should have been indicated by the number of dots in the upper right corner of the door. Finally, when we found the door, I said that I could not get in because the key was metal and the lock was electronic. To which I was asked for photo proof. I sent a photo and after 20 minutes of waiting, I was asked to take a video proof. I took a video where I put a regular metal key to an electronic lock and it does not work. Then we sat on hold for another hour until the line went dead. The operator didn't answer my next calls and never called me back. She only called my boyfriend because we also called from his phone, but she didn't know that he was my boyfriend. She called at 1:30am when we were already in another hotel. I requested a complaint and a refund. The building wrote to me that I was checking out soon. Apparently they still didn't realize that I wasn't there.

"Will not be Back"

Location was good. People who stay there was nice.

1 bedroom was not cleaned at all. 2 others were barely made and floors were not cleaned. 1 bedroom was ok. Floors in Kitchen and living area was dirty. Kitchen was not as described. Smaller than picture. Bedrooms were not as described. Was suppose to have a King room but all rooms were queen beds. We had to buy sheets for one bed and the comforter was dirty an d we couldn't wash because it was to big for washer. All in all I wouldn't stay there anymore. I talked to management and they were no help. I asked for a refund and didn't get answered.

"The stay was great"

The price and location are great

They should send pictures of where the keys are at and what key fob needs to be scanned at the front door. There are 2 fob readers by the front door and the one you need to use is hard to see in the dark. I seen 3 people have issue with this on my way in. ask for pictures
