I did not like anything

Staffs are not professional at all, they speak something over the phone and deliver something else. I reached early morning 4 am they charged me full day rent from 4 am to 11 am. And the same day I had to leave by 11 pm so they charged me full days as well. Basically they charged me 2 days rent where I did not even stayed 12 hours. When I spoke to the person over the phone they said for early checkin there will be little extra but they charged me full day. I had a guest to come they allowed maximum 1 hour and threaten me if he will stay another 15 minutes they will charge me 500 rs. The room they gave it was full of insects and I had to wake up and call in the night to change my room. The staff are not professional at all they just take the money from you. Please never go as the rooms and people are not at all good, rooms wall paint are broken and they don’t have any amenities.

Room is dirty. Place is not safe. They cancelled my reservation even though I keep on calling them telling that my booking is confirmed then they charged me more.

Staff was good but no cleanliness even smelly room and pillow covers were not changed it was the same used by another customer it have hairs on it and about food Tea was not good.

I was having uncomfortable stay in the hotel... I ordered my lunch via room service, for which I was asked to pay at that time which. Was okay for me...I ordered dinner around early night also via room service and went to bed by 10. Pm ... Around 11 pm room boy woke me up and asked me to settle my bill at that time.. which i also did .. after 15 min he again rang the bell and said I had to pay 40 rs extra since coffee amount was included this happened .. I am not understanding they don't have any respect for customer timing and also i was a lady travelling alone...i cancelled my booking for the next day..I booked the hotel 2 days... And booked another hotel. Food is also not worth the price...

Room was not comfortable very congested. No working of exhaust fa in bathroom. Staff behaviour was rude when we tell them to repair exhaust fan.
