Everything. Terrible experience – rude staff, false promises, and zero hospitality. Don’t fall for the positive reviews like we did. We drove 12 hours from Delhi and reached the property at 6 PM, completely exhausted. The receptionist’s first sentence was, “Payment karo”—this despite having already paid 50% at the time of booking. When we asked to see the room first, she casually said, “Neeche jakar dekhlo.” As we went to check the room, she followed us and insisted again, “Payment de do.” Extremely annoying behavior, especially when we were so tired. After collecting the payment, the staff vanished. The next morning at 10 AM, we asked for breakfast, and the only person around—Gulshan, who handles cleaning—snapped, “10 baje ke baad breakfast nahi milta.” No one had informed us of any such rule. When we told him that, he rudely said, “Menu card par likha hai.” Zero courtesy, no sense of service. We called the owner who only said, “Main dekhta hoon,” and did absolutely nothing. Only after following up did we finally get something to eat. Most of the facilities mentioned in the listing were missing. When we asked, Gulshan rudely replied, “Maangoge to milega.” Dirty blankets were given. The room we booked had a double bed and a futon bed, but the futon was missing. When asked, the lady said, “Raat ko mattress laga denge.” We asked, “Din mein relax karna ho to?” She grudgingly gave a mattress and said, “Aap laga lo khud room mein.” The worst part was yet to come. A towel we used got stained, and Gulshan began misbehaving, demanding ₹300 for an old, used towel. He created a huge scene. The owner, once again, was rude and unhelpful. We were forced to pay ₹300 for that worn-out towel. If you’re travelling with family, avoid this place at all costs. Rude staff, poor service, false claims, and zero regard for hospitality.

The ower and ambience was nice
