HRExcellent location, close to all Orlando attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As we were a bit cold at night, we asked for an extra blanket and they provided two brand new blankets on the same day. As we arrived in the evening, it was great that there was water waiting for us in the fridge and some snacks. Also, we appreciated very much the washing pads so that we were able to wash our clothes. Timely information is important so we are pleased that replies to our emails were prompt.
Everything was alright, we liked our apartment but when we arrived we noticed that the left door to the laundry room was already broken and a foot hold on one of the bar stools was broken too. That didn't bother us at all, but just wanted the staff to know that it wasn't us who broke it. Two days before our check out, the shower in the second bathroom did not work properly and the bath got clogged so the water did not drain off properly.
