everything was cool

Everything was super easy and comfortable to get in. The host was a fantastic guy and communicated properly. The facility manager jonathan also was very helpful . The internet was great. The place was really clean and for the very few time in my travelling experience, the apartment looked exactly the way it was in the pictures. I dare to say even looks better in real life than the pictures

The manager was asked by the boss to bring in guests so they could look at the apartment that they booked for the week after us while we were still in the apartment during our stay , I refused and they wouldn’t stop calling me basically harassing me to open the door I still did not , then when I left I forgot to tell them I was leaving a day early because I had other pressing matters to deal with , on the checkout day I told them when I had left , then they erupted accusing me of a stealing a extension lead and breaking a cup on purpose and saying I was lying about leaving the day before checkout day then they proceeded to send treating messages saying they will go on social media and post my id to try to ruin my name , I had to block them because they were harassing me calling constantly as I landed back in the uk

The privacy was nice.

The location is good, close to my event destination.

The location was central to what I needed which was perfect. The safety aspect as well was good

The facility was very unkept arrival and was very smelly of rotten bread in the fridge. We spend over 2 hrs tidying it up and had to get some diffuser ,The towel were of poor condition with human hair on them. Bed sheet very dirty with stain marks. The kitchen gas was not installed correctly and the house smelt of gas when used. The WiFi was unreliable and never worked consistently. The house was not well kept was riddled with mosquitoes we had to get it fumigated. This was a poorly managed property and won’t recommend
