Modern Apartment with Patio in Rapallo by Wonderful Italy

Appartamento posizionato in ottima posizione strategica. Molto vicino alla ferrovia ed al centro che si possono raggiungere comodamente a piedi lasciando la macchina nel posteggio privato incluso.

Unica nota legata al condominio. Nel mio caso avevo lasciato la macchina nel posteggio e l'appartamento del terzo piano ha deciso di eseguire lavori di muratura ai balconi senza avvertire. Purtroppo la caduta di calcinacci ha causato danni (lievi anche alla mia macchina) oltre al fatto che se ci fossero state delle persone in casa sarebbe stato molto pericoloso.

Troppa muffa che non è salutare

PARKING - Private parking gets all the points for this property. Rapallo is a nightmare when it comes to parking and being able to have a dedicated parking spot was a huge help. The ladies from the agency were super responsive, both Ana and Ema would respond to my messages within minutes. The apartment is big and bright which we really liked, but so many things to fix.

ANTS - When we checked in we noticed ants in the kitchen but we were told there were just a few and not much attention was paid. That night my son woke up crying as ants were all over his bed and inside his pajamas. He was screaming and I was terrified too to see that many ants ON THE BED. The next morning I made breakfast and the time it took me to finish cooking and take the food out in the covered veranda the eggs and pancakes were COVERED in ants. It was DISGUSTING. Of course we threw out everything. And we couldn't get rid of them as they were in every corner of every room. I messaged Ema and she dropped off ant traps etc. The property managers should have definitely inspected and treated the place before renting it out especially given the price which is double of what you'd normally pay in Rapallo. There was only one AC and that was in the living room. Maybe I didn't read the listing carefully, but it's advertised as an air conditioned unit and there weren't any AC units in any of the bedrooms. There were no blankets except the bed sheet. Since there was no other AC unit we had to keep the one in the living room super low all the time and the kids were freezing when trying to watch tv. Also during the night since they couldn't sleep in their room bcz of the ants, we had nothing to cover them with (they slept in the living room sofa). The only only duvet was disgustingly dirty with bodily fluids. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty and we had to wash every single one of them before using. They were not dirty like dust, - they were dirty like food was not cleaned off properly. The veranda, which was beautiful was great during the day but we couldn't use it for our dinner time as there was no light in there.
