Tilbury Shepherd Huts & Holiday Cottages with Hot Tubs

Lovely property in a picturesque location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thought the complementary package was a really lovely touch.

Maybe some lighting around hot tub? Other than that I cannot fault

Great location, super comfy bed.

We had an incredible stay overall. The shepherd’s hut was cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. The hamper was a lovely touch on arrival and really set the tone for the stay. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, especially Matt who was exceptional and made sure we were well looked after. The hot tub was wonderfully warm and we were clearly shown how to use and heat it when we arrived. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful and made the whole experience even more relaxing. We also booked a massage with Cat, which was the perfect finish to our stay—highly recommend!

A few small things could be improved. The kitchen could do with some additional pots and pans to make cooking easier. The outdoor fire pit was quite rusty and had a hole in it, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it for cooking—this would benefit from being replaced. The shower was warm and worked well but was quite small. The bed was a spring mattress, which was reasonably comfortable but could be improved.

The views were amazing and the hut was so cozy. Hot tub was lovely. The breakfast was a nice touch and the sausages were so good. Matt was very helpful and always at the end of the phone. It was a lovely relaxing weekend, really enjoyed it.

The cottage felt like it hadn't been used for a while, so smelled musty and the dishwasher stunk.
