Marvelous Magic Villa at Solterra near Disney with Arcade

Beautiful home with a lot of amenities.

Amenities were unavailable. Paid 36 dollars for clubhouse access to pool since our pool was still being serviced due to being green. Clubhouse pool wasn’t available because capacity for entrance had been reached. No pool sticks when told they were on the way for three days to use pool table, no soccer ball for table soccer. The highlight was spending time with my son, but had to compensate for amenities not being available after driving 14 hours spent whole vacation driving to create a memorable moment for my family that was enjoyable and cost more when I looked for an intimate setting, instead fighting lines and traffic because our amenities that we paid for were unavailable.

Amenities not available entire 3 day stay. Only the arcade games worked, couldn’t use pool table or soccer table needing sticks and ball. Couldn’t use pool, waiting on it to be serviced. I had to travel after driving 14 hours to compensate for amenities not being available even the clubhouse pool no entrance because of capacity being reached. Projector even when selecting a movie, would show that it couldn’t find hdmi. I don’t usually leave a review but it would be wrong if another family spend their hard earned money and end up in the same position as mine.
