Lots of room, great location. The chalet is kitted put with lots, need a grater... there's a small one in the drawer... forgot washing up liquid, there's already some there. Leona is a fantastic host, and ready with lots and lots of information to help you make the most of your weekend. She was fantastic and I felt completely at ease with my booking and was able to look forward to the holiday. There was plenty of room, lots of bedding, outside picnic bench, extra chairs, lots of items to cook with. I would definitely be happy to book again, and have already discussed with my mum, about booking two of Leonas properties next year and having my sister and her family come with us too, as we'd all be next door. The small green just out the front is lovely for young children to play. The site is only a ten minute walk down to the beach front too. It was just wonderful.

To be honest, we didn't really find faults. It was a great base for our weekend. If I had to think of something... maybe some child locks on the kitchen cupboards, I took my 11 month old and had to pop bobbles around the kitchen cupboard door knobs. Thought the pool was expensive for what it is, but this is relevant to the site the rooms are on, not specific to Leona and her private villas. Also Leona gave my lots of information as to where else we could swim. Which we would probably use next time we visit Dawlish Warren.

The location, it was not too far from the swimming pool. You could walk to the beach and the shops. The outside area was nicely kept and it was a nice space to sit out.

The stairs were quite narrow which meant I had to walk down sideways also the Sofas are quite solid not comfy to sit on.
