Sunny Studio in Green Point with Private Patio

It was very good location. It was clean. felt safe.

Need to do something about the sound from the apartment above up to 10.00pm it sounded as if they were moving furniture and even during the early hours of the morning if the person got up you could here them. The linen even though clean was needing repair. also the description sound as though the patio looked onto a view but no view its in a ally way.

Customer service was on point as we struggled to find the place and enter property as codes didn't work

It was a bit to dirty for me debris on chairs patio so enclosed and noise from neighbours upstairs and when walking all debris from their patio fell on ours bathroom was scary

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! My parents stayed there and had a really scary experience. They are over 60 years old and felt really unsafe in the apartment. There is only one door that separated them from the upstairs neighbours, a door that they don’t have a key for so anyone can just open it. The upstairs neighbours were making a ridiculous noise the WHOLE night. My mom phoned the number that was given in the apartment during the night and did not get an answer. There was also NO assistance the next day from anyone. My parents were so scared that they booked another place to stay in. They do not have unlimited funds, they are pensioners, so booking another place on short notice and having to pay additional is a real knock. I tried to cancel the accommodation on that day, but it was impossible to contact someone. I have been trying to contact the property and no-one is answering me. I have sent messages on the app, emailed and everything. No response from anyone. I am only getting automated emails asking for reviews. We lost all the money that we paid for the stay as I could not let my parents stay there feeling so unsafe.

Location

The gate couldn’t open I had to call someone to help . The small corridor to the room I felt unsafe In case of fire there’s no way out. Outside appearance was dirty . I felt like I’m sleeping at the garage.

The property is secluded, its very clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and the property is ideally located.
