Although clean, all the towels smelled of cigarettes, presumably from where they were laundered, as the house didn’t smell. There needs to be a second sofa in the lounge for extra seating. A little welcome pack about the local area, shops, bars etc would have been nice.

Beautifully renovated house, beds were super comfy with lovely bed linen and towels. Hotel standard I would say. Huge kitchen diner was great so we could all be together and the enclosed garden was perfect. Great equipped kitchen.

The bath took ages to run! Could probably do with a better and larger TV in the living room and a TV on the wall in the dining area would be good even if just for music when cooking etc. The living room is lovely but needs more comfy seating. Pasta bowls are the only thing missing from the lovely equipped kitchen.

House spotless with everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Enclosed garden a bonus as is the off street parking.

Difficult to get information pre visit, no information package in the house for things like which bins to use in the kitchen for recycling and general waste. No instructions on how to use the Netflix only tv. (Not everyone has it at home). No warning of how steep the stairs are for the less mobile. Although we had an issue with the heating it was resolved very quickly. Need a torch to get the keys from the safe when darkness comes. Need 2 more chairs in the lounge so some don’t have to sit on the floor.
