My observations about the apartment: 1. Presence of insects (spiders): • Spiders have appeared repeatedly in the corners of the apartment. • A large spider was found on the sink, which caused fear and discomfort for me and my family. 2. Appliances issues: • The dishwasher leaves the dishes with an unpleasant smell. 3. Ventilation: • We cannot open the windows because spiders come inside. • Some windows are completely stuck and cannot be opened. • The apartment lacks proper ventilation overall, especially in the bathrooms, the first floor, and the upper floor, which makes the place feel suffocating. 4. Strict regulations from the landlord: • There are very strict rules imposed by the landlord that limit comfort during the stay. Finally, the pictures we saw do not match the apartment at all.
