Modern stylish apartment @ Superb central location

The location is great. Getting in was relatively easy. Very easy to walk most places, and easy to access transit. The a/c works great, which was very nice since we were there in August when it was over 30°C every day.

I'm genuinely shocked so many reviews say the apartment is clean. The apartment was pretty filthy. Dust and clumps of hair everywhere. I swept the floors right after we arrived because they were really gross. The towels smelled gross and some of them had stains all over. We washed every dish before use, some of them had hardened food on them. We considered washing the sheets and towels, but they wouldn't have had time to dry so we just braved it. The missing shower door was really annoying. Even being super careful water got all over the floors. There appears to be mold on the ceiling above the shower. I was super allergic to the apartment because of the dust, so it wasn't a very comfortable stay, and I had to take allergy meds to sleep. The courtyard smells really strongly of garbage, but that's a building issue, not this specific host.

Apartment right in the center of Budapest where life goes on. I (daddy) stayed with my two kids in the apartment after a vacation at the Lake Balaton. We had three beds and the kids loved that you had to take the stairs to reach them. Metro, tram and bus stations are easily reachable. Next to the appartment are little grocery shops, bistros and pizzerias. Appartment is fully equipped and clean. The price is appropriate.

The apartment is in between two backyards. But, ok. You are there to go outside and you are inside for sleeping and a breakfast and whatever. If you come by car, you have to look for a remote garage bc no parking next to the apartment (residents only). If you are lucky you can park shortly in front of the door to (un)load your car. But ok. You are in the center of a big city and the well working public transport gets you everywhere at any time.

L'appartement est très joli, très cosy et bien entretenu, il y avait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et même du shampoing et du gel douche. Tout était très propre. L'immeuble est calme et pourtant situé au centre ville, proche de restaurants, station de métro, bus, supermarchés et boutiques. Nous avons pu visiter Budapest à pied à partir de l'appartement. Le propriétaire est très réactif lorsqu'on envoie un message. Je recommande +++

Perfect small flat for a couple, well equipped in a great location.

Much better than expected or any other stay I had in Budapest so far. The space is large, there is a small private garden to have your coffee. It is first floor and it is dark, but it really does not matter. There is good heating and AC. Clean, awesome location, plenty of shops and restaurants very close by. Easy communication with host. Overall would book again.

The apartment is nice and located in the city centre. The only inconvenience is that you don't have so much natural light. But everything was okay, especially if you want to visit Budapest.
