An excellent starting point for tours all over Slovenia - railway and bus stations are about 10 minutes away. You can also take a bus going to the airport from there. Ther's a small convenience shop on the corner and a large supermarket close to the railway station. We often bought marvellous fresh produce and local specialties at the central street market. The apartment is not very big but enough for 2 persons. There's a huge wardrobe in the hall. The kitchen is well equipped and bottled water was a nice touch. The TV has a lot of channels (if you have time to watch it😊). Solid window blinds is a good idea during boiling-hot summer days.

The rental agency should improve the manner of check-in. They suppose to follow the rule: our guests are to wait for us rather than the reverse. The employees explained that they had plenty of other duties (sic!)😞. Isn't a key lock box a simple solution? The standard of the apartment doesn't match the price. The pillows had double cases - the bottom layer after the previous guests???😯 The right blind in the bedroom resisted and was hard to open. There were dirty, wet and smelly towels left in the dryer. Unfortunately, after a long struggle, we weren't able to start the washing mashine. Probably there's a magic button somewhere...😆

Beautiful, aesthetically pleasing apartment that feels like a hotel. Clean and cozy. No pests. Big windows with a nice view (4th floor). Great location, very close to the main train station and a park. A small convenience store right next to the apartment. Well equipped with everything a traveler needs: a toaster, an electric kettle, a hairdryer as well as a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and a dryer. Even a big TV and a modern air conditioner. We also got one bottle of mineral water and 2 mini orange juices upon arrival, and in the bathroom there were 2 mini bottles of shower gel waiting for us - that was a really nice gesture, we appreciated it. The bathroom was very nice too, a clever design with a shelf and mirror that extend from the sink to the bathtub. There were also many places available for hanging clothes and towels in the bathroom, very convenient.

The bed was very cozy but could have been bigger, which may be a problem depending on a person you are sharing it with, especially in the summer when the temperatures are higher. But if it becomes a problem, there is also an extra sofa-bed in the room - and the air conditioner helps a lot, too.
