Tout c’était magnifique, le personnel était au petit soin, très gentil et serviable, les chambres étaient magnifiques et modernes, et la plage de l’hôtel est juste splendide je recommande

Un peu excentré du centre

Die Kaffeemaschine und das Soundsystem im Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig. Ich liebe das Lichtdesign in der Villa; wenn man morgens die Vorhänge öffnet und das Sonnenlicht auf das Bett fällt, ist es einfach wunderschön. Das Personal ist herzlich, aber niemals aufdringlich. Wenn Sie entschleunigen möchten, ist dies die beste Wahl in El Nido.

I like the experience with the turtles, also enjoyed the breakfast and the room was comfortable. The staff was all very friendly.

I was not satisfied with the facilities in the other area, particularly the need to walk through the sand to access the breakfast area, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the room featured a very modern toilet seat; however, it was not functioning properly, which was disappointing. We also attempted to organise a private boat tour through the hotel, but the process was quite difficult. The hotel advised that the private tour, despite being quite expensive, would not include basic items such as snorkelling masks. Furthermore, the lunch option had to be the same for both myself and my husband, despite our different dietary requirements (I am vegetarian and he is not). Overall, the experience gave us the impression that arranging the tour was unnecessarily complicated, and we ultimately decided not to proceed.
