We booked for a room with Balcony however there’s no balcony. They mentioned that the AC is leaking in the room with balcony reason why we moved to a different room. We didn’t receive any heads up prior arriving there and left no choice but to accept what’s available. Staff/owner is very accommodating though but it’s nice if they notified us in advance of the situation.

SAvery clean. sheets are clean and fresh. location is perfect. moa is just few steps away. guards are helpful. wifi is fast. netflix. owner is very polite, responsive and profesional.

AUI had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! the unit was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. Everything was just as described. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the owner Erick, who was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I truly felt at home. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
