The cleanliness and simplicity of the flat. It had everything we needed. I had to contact the host and he got back to me immediately.

Had to be patient with the TV remote as it was slow when searching for tv shows on prime, netflix etc. I had to make sure the remote was pointing directly at the TV sensor.

It would have been much better if the Booking .com website gave the correct postcode and road name. It appears to be WD3 1EA, Solomons Hill and NOT WD3 1AR High Street. This caused unnecessary complication.

Nice flat. Well kitted out.

The location feels very let down as owner said he would reimburse some if the payment,no curtains in bedroom no mattress cover or pillow protectors sheets and duvet cover were creased and looked like it had been slept in no WiFi TV did not work pillows and duvet very thin , no welcome pack not even any milk tea or coffee,bathroom not clean filthy bath mat and floors, £139.50 for one night ,would not reccomend

This flat is quite bright and roomy. Very modern with more than enough space for storage in the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities for cooking; more than enough mugs, glasses, plates, pans. We felt the location was perfect-close to train/bus station market and town center. The area contains many other nice flats and we were very secure in this building. Ricky was very responsive to our communication with him.

We would have liked more counter space in the bathroom for our toiletries, as the two drawers were filled with cleaning materials. Also, future renters should be aware this is on the 4th level with no elevator…great sunshine through the many windows on this top floor but still a climb to reach the flat.

It was very new, clean, comfortable, and a great location for us.

The flat itself was excellent. Well looked after and nicely equipped

A new mattress would be nice and the bottom sheets on the bed are very old. Spend a few quid on this and the property would be perfect. Communal entrance and appearance of the apartments is not as you would expect from the pictures.

Good location , modern ,clean

There were 3 of us staying and only 2 towels. The owner did bring another towel in the morning but a little late really. Think the cleaner should have left the extra one but didn’t. The towels could do with renewing as a little stained and rough. The cleaner had left a bag of dirty laundry in the airing cupboard.
