Palm Paradise-Seaside Home w Heated Saltwater Pool

The location was great. The host responded quickly but there was no resolution to issues.

We rented property specifically because it listed a heated pool. We rented months in advance. When we arrived checked pool it was dirty and cold, contacted host he ran us through what to check it didn’t work next day about 5pm someone came to look at and just left. So we didn’t get to use the pool at all😒

I didn't like anything

Well the place was dirty there was peeling off the walls the light fixtures was Rusty the picture in the ad was false does not look like anything in the advertisement the chairs that are in there is no longer there the pool was very dirty the pool cleaner came after our visit the day we left the house was just very dirty the chairs look like they haven't been washed in years the headboard look it was white but looked black there is a guy living on the left of the fence in a 2x2 room that came in the yard while my kids were in the pool and scared them then the following day he sideswiped my car

The pool was nicely heated

Pictures were not as advertised. Felt very cheaply furnished and dirty. The couch was so hard you could feel the wood under structure rendering completely unusable . The other chair in the living room had visible discoloration on the head rest.There were no light switches in the kids room and the pull cord to turn on the overhead light was so high the kids couldn’t reach. One light switch had duct tape over it. The outlets in the kids room was just a power cord. The house backs up to a gas station.

The heated pool and location were wonderful. Our two Frenchies enjoyed running around the backyard exploring. Neighborhood was good for long walks with them.

The pool was amazing and the house is nice and spacious. The landscaping makes you feel like you're in the center of paradise smack dab in the middle of town. Beach towels and toys left for use as well as coolers to pack up and take to the beach!

Nothing, everything was great!

The pool was great and the location was accessible to restaurants and beaches.

We were extremely surprised when we pulled up to the house and there was another car there. We were even more surprised to learn that there was a unit attached to the house with someone staying there. This made us all very uncomfortable. It would have been important to tell us about this prior to renting. The facility needs an upgrade in many ways. The furniture is uncomfortable including the couches in the tv room and tired outdoor furniture in the screened in patio. Each day, our feet were black on the bottoms from the floor being dirty. There are barely any usable kitchen tools and definitely not enough towels for six people. The lights in the bunk bed room don’t work and it was impossible to see in there at night.
