The location and the size of the unit itself were fantastic.

The owner of the unit added additional charges at the last minute. The unit wasn't that clean. my wife and I had to wipe down multiple stained walls . I still think the unit wasn't worth the money.

Right on water, incredible view, air conditioning worked well. Little humidity in unit thus no mold or odor

The beach and the pool

The unit we stayed in was horrible. It rained the weekend we were there. The unit roof leaked the entire weekend. We had to use buckets to catch the water. We also had to move the furniture and other suitcases so that they didn't get wet. There was nothing luxurious about this unit. The host was unable to be reached by phone or text. We would never stay there again.

The view was spectacular. Great location. Access to great restaurants.

Calling this a pent house is really a stretch. Water pitcher in fridge was broken, picture used to make lemonade had mold inside of lid. Dishwasher wasn't working because soap dispenser wouldn't open. Wi-Fi very week, air conditioner kept shutting down, safe wasn't functioning properly and last but not least very little hot water, not fond of cold showers. Upstairs couch was stained. Lots of protection for owner none for renters
