Nous avons séjourné au Bayside Paradise durant une semaine et nous nous y sentions comme à la maison. Nos hôtes étaient d’une gentillesse et d’une prévoyance hors pair, merci à vous !!. La vue donnant sur la mer et St-Barth est exceptionnelle, le lit confortable, les équipements et installations étaient très propres et tendances. Nous le recommandons fortement. C’est l’un des plus beau endroit de St Maarten.

The property is exactly as shown in the photos—clean and offering a wonderful sea view. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, all brand new and perfectly functioning. The bed is comfortable, and the location is quiet and relaxing. The owners are exceptional—a warm, friendly, and very helpful couple. Their kindness and cheerfulness immediately put us in a great mood.

Nothing, everything was as expected.

Loved the layout, decor, amenities and hosts. It looks better in person than the photos and is a very modern / minimalistic yet functional design which I adore. There’s plenty of storage for your belongings. The bathroom is beautiful tile work and even has a retractable line great for hand washing and drying smaller items and bathing suits. Views from the mountainside are completely breathtaking. The pool is beautiful and has a small and larger option. So grateful that beach and pool towels were included. Easy clean up as well!

Loved the property, but there are a few things to consider. Guana bay is beautiful but the beach is a surfing beach, not suitable for swimming. The location was not the most convenient for our preferred areas to visit, but we were able to navigate by rental car. I will warn anyone who isn’t a seasoned traveler that the roads are not well marked in the area, and you will be traveling up several steep hilly areas, but that’s nothing against the property. The hosts also plan to upgrade and add a hot tub since that was another addition that will be sooo enjoyable especially in the cool breezy evenings.

Very special. Beautiful view over Guana Bay. Very wuiet and relaxing. Far off the bustling city centers.

There are no public busses that stop nearby the place.

Joe and Esther were lovely. And very thoughtful and Joe helped us when we locked our keys in the car. The apartment is on the ground floor of their home but it was so secluded. I feel like they tried to make it our own home and complete private pool use.

The only problem with the property was the hot tub is not a hot tub. It’s a Jacuzzi. We asked Joe about it and he said that booking changes his Jacuzzi to hot tub on the advertisement for the property. It was a lovely time and very private.

Het was super schoon, een lekker bed, een heerlijke regendouche met een klein douchepakketje. Ook kregen we een leuk mini lunch pakketje met drinken en snacks dat is erg leuk aankomen! Ook heeft het een thuis bioscoopje langs het appartement waar je geweldig een film kunt kijken na een dag actief hiken! Verder heeft het alles wat je nodig hebt van een goede keuken tot wasmachine tot airco. De eigenaren zijn erg aardig en maken een gezellig praatje!
