The staff was ok but only one person was there for all room cleaning and arrangements. We checked in late, still there were no toiletries, towels, or a water bottle in the room. We had asked him many times

The room they provided doesn't have a lock. Not a latch was there to lock the room from outside, which can cause serious privacy and safety concerns There is no WiFi.

The property is not maintained. The 2 person there tell only one thing that cancel and go if u don't like and it's a very disgusting place.

overall experience was good

The hotel is not managed properly. There is no operator. Some skeletal staff is kept and they are managing it. No restaurent. No tea/cofee in the morning. No BF etc. very poorly managed.
