I liked the location. The informative next-door neighbor was nice.

My husband and I booked this apartment months ago as part of a 12-day cross-country road trip. We arrived an hour after check-in start time. As I was getting out of my car upon arrival, a nice neighbor approached me to tell me that they had been calling the property management company all day about the apartment not being cleaned, and they had gotten no response. After inspecting the apartment and confirming the unclean condition, I reached out via the property company's contact web from and was contacted immediately. They let us know that they had given their cleaning person the day off, and a last-minute reservation had slipped in on this property and they hadn't noticed. They offered the ability to cancel or use an alternate accommodation that was about 30 min backtracking on our route. We took the alternate accommodation because it was the night before Thanksgiving and we had a big old dog with us, so the chances of us finding another dog-friendly place to host for the evening was slim. We arrived at the alternate accommodation and it was also not clean and was in rough shape. The area rug had dried food stains and toenails on it, and the shelf in the bathroom was falling off the wall. Scratches all over the table and weird stains on the couch. Before unpacking we tried to find another local dog-friendly room and it wasn't going to happen. It was getting late with freezing temps so we decided to stay put in this alternate accommodation because we couldn't sleep in our car. We slept in our clothes on what felt like a foam camping mattress, and left at 4:45am to get out of there. I reached out to the property management company about a refund but they told me that unless we left their property immediately and didn't stay the night, they wouldn't send a refund. They mentioned that the cleaning staff will be grateful that they have been paid. It was the weirdest most disappointing experience we've had using this website.

The property was beautiful right next to the lake and a great location in town. The Airbnb was very quaint and charming. It was the perfect spot for my husband and I, we loved it so much that we’ve recommended it to our family and would love to come back some time.

My husband and I loved this cute and quirky studio! Everything had been thought of by the management, and though we didn't use them this trip, the addition of the bikes and kayaks was unheard of! The price was also very budget friendly.

My husband & I were in town for a doctor's appointment. We needed to relax before the procedure. It was very comfortable, and my husband has to seep in a chair, and it was comfortable for him. The decorations in the room were cute and I enjoyed the shelve with items for sale. (Great Idea). Next time were in town we will try to stay again. I especially liked that I didn't have to bring cream or coffee for the machine the little touches do matter....

The directions to the apartment could have been clearer. (Landmarks are really helpful) When you arrive in the dark it was hard to see the address. The traffic doesn't let you look. Passed it once and had to turn around.
