"Front door step is a bit high and there’s only one toilet for a mixed group but 9/10"

Beautiful decor, so clean. Had everything we could have needed

A hand rail for the hot tub, I found it difficult getting in & out. It was ok for the young ones but a bit difficult for me ( I’m 65 though).

The whole house was perfect for my family and dog. Everything was clean and lots of little things like cake, coffee pods, dog treats, dog towels, whiskey to add that extra touch of comfort. The hot tub was great and the hosts do a great job getting it ready.

Superb location and facilities wonderful touches with welcome hamper and keeping the hot tub warm Gemma and steave were fantastic hosts keeping in touch right the way from making the booking and throughout our stay making sure all was OK will definitely be going back

"Perfect family holiday on the most beautiful island in Scotland in this relaxing "home away home""

The house has the perfect location to explore the whole island and to shop groceries and to go out dining. Gemma is such a loving and caring host with attention to detail, who made our stay perfect. Just listen to the crashing waves in the hot tub after a day hiking that Gemma warms up each day, make your breakfast and eat outside in the sun (we had the luck having sunshine during our stay). You can perfectly relax in the evening as there is absolutly no noise. We stayed with 2 kids 3 and 5 years old and our best friend as the whole house is so spacious everyone had its private space. We highly recommend anyone to stay in Kinnoull House.

There is really nothing to complain about, Gemma and the house is perfect for a family getaway.

"Gem in the Hebrides"

Everything!!! The property is extremely well presented, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are super comfy, and the hot tub is amazing. Gemma and Steve are very welcoming and also very respectful of visitor privacy. Overall, this is an absolute gem in the Hebrides.

There is nothing to say here! Everything was fab.
