Terrasse war nicht vollständig nutzbar wegen Scooter stehend vor Außenküche; Rasen ungepflegt; Möblierung sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber ohne Schäden; Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht ausreichend (ca. von 1980); Spülmaschine fehlt; Aircondition sehr alt und Filter nicht erneuert; Viele private Gegenstände der mindestens 90 Jährigen Bewohnerin;
