If a large vehicle drove past it shook the house. We were pre-warned though and knew what it was.

That buses going past shook the property, a bit unnerving.
NZWell presented, nicely furnished, very close to cbd . Kitchen was very well stocked with equipment and utensils. There would be no problem catering for large family meals. Extremely clean and modern.
There was nothing I disliked, but there was a problem of the beds shaking when large vehicles drive by. Buses and trucks . This is not anything that the hosts would be able to fix, but it would be useful to be aware of. The first time it happened we thought it was an Earth tremor . Once we realised the cause we quickly adapted and it didn’t spoil our enjoyment of the accommodation.

The building was getting a wash and one of the workers was covering the electronic key with tapeay 7.15am. I thought he was trying to break in and got a huge fright. Some warning would have been nice.

Top level bedrooms etc were to hot and we couldn’t work out how to get airconditioner from down stairs to work up stairs via the transfer outlets. There was a fan switch down stairs on the laundry wall which we turned on but that may have been only for the laundry.

Very noisy and the apartment shook with heavy traffic going past.
