Please note that late check-in carries a surcharge of EUR 25. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. A security deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This must be paid in cash. The deposit will be refunded in full in cash upon check-out, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. You can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10 per person, or bring your own. Please note that access to the property is via a flight of stairs (approximately 30 steps).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
