The Penthouse Double Bedroom for Rent Use of kitchen

Unfortunately, l only stayed 1 night instead of 3. I had to book into hotel due the following: The advert was misleading on booking.com advertised as Penthouse double bedroom . All pics showed of bathroom/ kitchen etc no mention of sharing these facilities. In fact all l had was a small double bedroom. TV even fell off wall. As you can see from my numerous previous bookings on bookings .com l always book a private apartment or house etc as l value my privacy. This was not the case with this booking. The host even mentioned she had similar guest reaction previously as they also found the advert misleading...expecting a private "Pentouse". So obviously the host was aware advert was misleading. As l then had to pay for a hotel for my remaining 2 nights in Epsom l would like to apply for a refund. Please look into this ASAP. Regards Mark Collier .
