Location and cleanliness

The wifi and tvs weren’t working well. After contacting the property and doing numerous things to help fix the issue it was never fixed. Finally gave up messaging them because it couldn’t be fixed The internet was lagging and you couldn’t watch a whole program without it messing up. The issue was never resolved. The dryer didn’t dry well and we should have known that in advice what setting to put it on. There wasn’t enough washcloths and towels for our stay we had to wash them to have enough and we only stayed a few days. Could have used more bowls and a baking sheet in the kitchen so you could cook a little more.

The house was very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was tasteful. The house was stocked with coffee and tea and basic kitchen utilities. It wws also very convenient to have a functional laundry room. The best thing about this place was the close proximity to Pensacola Airport. It made traveling a breeze!

Communication was sparse with the owner. I did not receive instructions prior to my travel which I thought was strange. The phone number provided leads to an automated messaging system, so it's hard to get ahold of someone if you need. That being said, Booking.com was able to get ahold of the owner when I was traveling en route and I was notified that I would be sent the code to the house closer to check in. I did get an email with the code about 45 minutes before check in with the code and then check out instructions the evening before I left.

Everything about the townhouse was wonderful. Everything we needed was there. It was super clean. And was convenient to everything we wanted.
