Location was easily accessible

I mean I don’t know what’s the issue the hotel name is not Hotel O, It was something else after reaching the location it took us sometime to realise that the building is kind of same but hotel name is different which is weird. Then i went in and got confirmed that its the right one, couple of things which i don’t like are there were no doormat, no soap, no toiletries, TV was nor working and what not.

just food and other things was reduclus/worst. AC toh gram hawa de raha tha. electricity and water supplies are worst.

everything except food. they're charging me 800 for 1 hours for late check-out. wow i request them for change my room because of some work I want to extend my stay and i paid immediately because they told us will change' it shortly but its been a 6 7 hours they respond me we're not able to change.
