When traveling with pets, an extra charge of $20 per pet, per night and $300 per pet, per stay applies. Maximum 2 Dogs Only, 30 lb or less. No Aggressive Breeds. Pre-Approval Required. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
